Every Soda Tec job is done on site. Our self-contained rig carries the compressor, blast pot, media and water supply, so the blast yard comes to the asset — not the other way round.
Moving a boat, a truck, a commercial oven or a brick facade to a workshop is expensive, slow and sometimes impossible. Mobile blasting removes that step entirely: we set up beside the job, protect what needs protecting, strip it, and leave the site clean.
Because we carry soda, dustless and abrasive media, the method is chosen for the surface — not for whatever a fixed booth happens to be set up for.

Why mobile beats a blast yard
A blast yard suits small parts that can be dropped off. Most of what Soda Tec blasts cannot be moved easily: pools, brick walls, kitchens, boats on hardstands, machinery on a working site. Moving them costs more than the blasting, and some cannot be moved at all.
Working on site also means the job can be adjusted as it goes. If a panel turns out to be aluminium, or a wall has softer brick than expected, the media and pressure change on the spot.
What to have ready on the day
Clear access within about 30 metres of hose reach, somewhere to park a ute and trailer, and anything fragile moved out of the way. Tell us about pets, neighbours and parking rules when you book.
You do not need to supply power or water. If the job is large and mains water is close, it may be used to speed up dustless work.
